This means that we are committed to protecting and safeguarding the personal information you provide to us. We act in the best interest of our clients and are transparent in how we handle your personal information.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled start date of the event will be refunded, with the exception of the fee that Stripe will process and which we cannot take action on. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded in any way. Time changes in the reservation can be accepted based on availability up to 2 days before the service.

Important information
Our service is dedicated to all event guests who have previously booked online and are staying in one of the hotels: The Hotel Cipriani, Gritti Palace, Ca’ Di Dio Hotel
The request for one or more makeup and hairstyling services outside of the above hotels can be accommodated based on the availability of our agency.

Makeup service at an extra location

Hairstyling service in extra location
€ 250,00
In case the guest has booked one of our services and for various reasons needs to change the booked hotel to a location outside of the three, he/she will have to pay the price difference or cancel the reservation before 7 days before the event.
