Cancellation Policies
Cancellations made up to 10 days before the scheduled start date of the event will be refunded, with the exception of the fee that Sumup will process and which we cannot take action on. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded in any way. Time changes in the reservation can be accepted based on availability up to 5 days before the service.
